Mr. Frazier brings over 30 years of dynamic business experience as an entrepreneur, senior executive, and trusted advisor. He founded Goods Movement Inc. (GMI) and turned it into one of the nation’s 100 largest black-owned businesses, as defined by Black Enterprise Magazine. As GMI’s CEO, Chairman, and majority shareholder, at it’s peak GMI generated over $130 million in revenue and $18 million in EBITDA through it’s key subsidiaries; TTSI, W&H Systems, and North American Conveyor. As TTSI”s CEO, Mr. Frazier transformed and expanded the company’s truck fleet by spearheading the transition to natural gas and clean burning diesel. He also broke new ground by entering the infrastructure support logistics business where TTSI secured a major contract supporting the deployment of a 500kV transmission build-out for a CA utility company. As a Senior Executive and Trusted Advisor, Mr. Frazier served as a senior partner with Accenture where he broke ground as the company’s first African-American partner in Strategic Services. Mr. Frazier led the Utility-Telecom practice area and was deployed to the Communications and High Technology industry sector. In these roles, Mr. Frazier served as a client partner and trusted advisor to many executives in the Wireless, Electric and Gas Utility industries. Before Accenture, Mr. Frazier worked for Pacific Telesis where he served as Executive Director of Corporate Development. Previously, Mr. Frazier worked as a principal for Booz Allen and Hamilton, serving a variety of clients as a trusted advisor on strategic issues. Mr. Frazier graduated as the Valedictorian of his high school class at age 16, and holds an S.B. degree in Chemical Engineering from MIT, and an MBA degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business, with Distinction receiving first and second year honors. Mr. Frazier is also a graduate of the one-year San Francisco Leadership program.
